Name: Maricus Caenilus
Race: Turian
Gender: Male
Height: 2 meters
Eye Color: Neon teal
Identifying Marks: Navy blue colony markings, interrupted by some unpainted scars.
History:
Maricus was a member of the turian military during the time of the First Contact War. Unlike many members of the turian military at the time, he was off fighting a clan of krogan who sought to take advantage of the situation to annex several worlds formerly won during the krogan uprising, which had been given back to their original elcor owners.
As a turian biotic, he was never quite trusted by his fellow troopers, and the rather solitary life of a cabal did not appeal to him. Instead, after serving his term and using the military to master his biotic abilities, he took to the private sector as a businessman. Though widely respected for his keen business insights, his overly-direct manner and tendency to take charge whenever he feels a coworker (or even a superior) are not taking appropriate (or prompt enough) action.
Approximately ten years ago, the company he founded, Caenilus Expeditions and Salvage, merged with Bridges Unlimited, when both companies had an equal claim on a old ruins and it was deemed litigation would be more costly than a merger. Though a single company, they operate under different names as best suits the situation. Maricus typically handles the finer points of contract negotiation whereas Bridges is put in charge of leading the expeditions themselves.
Personality:
Unlike some of his peers, he feels no animosity towards humans or even krogan, understanding that everyone has their motivations even if he does not agree with them. What he does have is an extreme aversion and prejudice against anyone he perceives as an opposing party or an obstacle. This is not a critical weakness in business, though, as his attitude can easily be shifted to an objective-based assessment when parties' interests become aligned.
Weapons:
Turian Galidus Sword (similar to a katana with an outward curving hilt, modified with a near mono-layer edge and rapid vibration generator)
Blood Pack Punisher (40 reserve rounds sacrificed for lighter construction, high caliber barrel, and a recoil dampener)
Abilities:
Annihilation Field
Biotic Protector
Shockwave
Singularity
Warp
Equipment:
Custom Serrice Council armor- painted dark navy blue, with light blue lights
Race: Turian
Gender: Male
Height: 2 meters
Eye Color: Neon teal
