All right, in case you hadn't read my last post, Joe is a little upset at Maelstrom for charging into battle ahead of him and Karn. Right now, the way he sees it, Maelstrom went in even though only Lekuhn had actually posted about getting into position
Joe will be confronting Maelstrom about this after the battle. How the confrontation goes is going to be up to you guys. I asked the GM about this, and he said to put it to the group.
So, even though only one person actually stated about being in position, are we going to assume that everyone else was? Or would you rather have actually stated it?
I really would like for everyone to give their opinion on this, so please vote. Thank you.

Yeah, I would rather have actually posted, I wanted Naetilia to do some interacting with Maricus before the battle.
This might be a little off topic, but I actually think we should not even be doing this battle right now. There's still some important--to Naetilia--interacting she needs to do with Esteban in Chapter 14.
I hate bringing this up, but at the same time, I don't want to be thought of as the bitch who's throwing off the pace of the campaign by posting in the previous chapter. But if everyone else is cool with posting in multiple chapters, I'll shut up and deal with it.

Three things.
First of all, Naetilia (and anyone else who wants to), you shouldn't be throwing anyone off by posting in Chapter 14, so long as you leave the attack plan for Chapter 15 alone. We're used to having concurrent chapters, and so long as there are no major bombshells that completely change the way people perceive things or any changes to an already-in-place plan, then everyone will be fine with it.
Second, though the way it's done is a little awkward, we can still post about setting up. What I mean is that the battle doesn't have to be the absolute beginning of one's post. Also, if anyone wants to have a brief interaction with another player beforehand, a couple messages between players should be all that's required, and one player can post both sides of a conversation. Lysander and I have done it in the past, though ours was a full character story.
My reasoning behind Maelstrom joining the battle was confirmation from the GM (via facebook) that the post mean Bridges had just given the order to begin battle (hence me stating so in my post) and the GM being pleased that I was about to put up a post of Maelstrom entering combat (and he's rarely pleased with Maelstrom throwing off the group's plan- I know from past experience). If it is now retroactively ruled not to be the case, my post is going to have to be altered, since it's not in-character for Maelstrom to attack before the group is ready (even if it is character for him to not go according to the plan once it is ready).
