Had an idea to start up a Casualty's Cost group on Facebook for those who may not have an Xbox One.
Thoughts?

Are you just looking at it as a recruitment thing? If that's what you're thinking I'd be interested in hearing more, but I'd definitely let Michael be the one to make the call there (since I just don't know as much about good recruiting methods for these- though my writers group once did have decent success that way). If you're thinking of it for social stuff, the different tabs of the forum, the forum's email service, and the shoutbox seem to me to fill all the same functions, and having a facebook page up for the same thing might just overwhelm new (and possibly even older) members with something else they feel they have to keep an eye on in order to be part of the group. The reason I put up the Xbox One group was just so that members of the group who liked multiplayer could find each other in order to enjoy the video game. Just my feelings, though.

I don't think it is meant to be for recruitment, but socialization....

That's it.
I can access Facebook while at work but not this site.

I'm fine with it if Michael is. I'd join.
