Hey all
Just wanted to let you all know I may be dropping out shortly. My unit will be leaving in a few days or so to conduct a training exercise in a another country, and it will last a couple of weeks or so.
I don't know if I'll have access to internet or not over there. If I do, I will certainly continue. If not, then at least you know why.

If you can't stay, we'll all certainly understand. I'm sure if that happens, we can find a way to write your character out for the duration of the exercise and back in once you get back. Thanks for what you're doing.

Okay. Thanks for letting us know. Take care and stay safe during your training. Here's hoping that you'll have internet access. If not, don't worry. We can find a way to have your character out of the picture for a while until you return. Thank you for serving, by the way.

Quick update on my situation, this morning I was told I will likely NOT be going, but it will be a couple of days before I know for sure. Keep your fingers crossed. Or offer up a sacrifice to the gaming gods, whichever you prefer...

What do they require as sacrifice? If it's a little spilled alcohol like some of the Greek gods, maybe, but I don't think I can help if they require human sacrifice.

I think it's a set of dice, a pencil, a piece of paper and a can of Mountain Dew.

Damn... fresh out of dice AND pencils... and Mountain Dew. Think a whole pack of paper would work instead?

We can always sacrifice some noob in a game to the Gaming Gods. That pretty much satisfies them the most (they like hearing nooby people's scream of rage when you kill them...>_>)
I'll just go on BF4, find a camping sniper, and stab him in the neck. Or boop him in the face with a helicopter.
Maybe C4 because that's fun, too.
Depending on how I feel. xD lmao.
In all seriousness, it'll be cool if you don't have to go.

Or boop him in the face with a helicopter. Wut.. Boop, as in you run someone over with whatever you're driving in the game, and you make a boop sound. >_>

Yeah, without crashing. My friend flies around more, since I hate flying it with a controller. (Would rather have the game on PC because it's much easier with the mouse and keyboard imo, but my PC is crap right now.) If he damages it, I'm back there repairing it because if you slam into the ground too hard, it does start get smokey. lol
There are people who can boop with fighter jets, and that...takes skill. lol
